2. had the thought to release the creature into nature but realized this would be difficult given the fact i work in an office building and cannot really come and go as i please
3. am now seen as a hero in the eyes of many
4. am enjoying "breakfast blend" decaf brewed in my french press and served in my prissy china cup and saucer
5. am enjoying the sounds of jerry garcia via pandora as i work, or try to work
6. am thinking about going into the kitchen to enjoy the egg salad made with love by my beloved this very morning
7. am happy with my outfit even though the shoe aspect doesn't thrill me
8. am wondering whether it would be wrong to wear my new birkenstocks to work

1. faded pink "classic" old navy polo shirt
2. gray pinstriped slacks, summer weight
3. black timberland shoes that bore me to death

5. fancy watch with black band that will soon require replacement

1. drink decaf coffee i just brewed in plastic bodum given by former friend
2. perform many secretarial tasks with mindfulness, kindness, compassion as if i were diapering the baby buddha himself
3. return wheely-cart i mistakenly purchased at bed, bath & beyond yesterday not realizing that my conversion to a person who uses luggage-on-wheels has taken place
4. leave on time, so as to engage properly and fully in laundry night ritual that includes eating a cobb salad at perch on fifth avenue and enjoying their fine musical selections and ambience.
