what i have eaten today - so far
1. walnuts
2. banana
3. strawberry
4. two ("2") boiled eggs
5. left over steamed broccoli, carrots, squash
6. left over white basmati rice
7. "sunny blues" blue corn chips
8. coffee
9. ginger tea
note: i am unable to gather the strength to specify organic or non. but, be assured that everything consumed is organic today except the banana.
