3. am very happy in general. bad moods pass like clouds.
4. can't stop thinking about bacon. all kinds.
5. now enjoy red tea, lemongrass tea, ginger tea to name only a few.
6. have begun to seek out casual walks and nature experiences.
7. ran 3 miles plus two weekends ago.
8. the hate is gone.
