1. insanity is not necessarily foaming and dangerous.
2. i can choose my own reality, but this does not mean i do not abide by the laws of my city, state, country or faith tradition.
3. evangelism is a sure sign of an unbalanced person who walks a path that is not suited to him and which is not blessing the world.
4. one tiny, simple action kicks the ass of the most grandiose intention.
5. i must be the changes i wish to see in others, and in the world.
6. if i must keep selling a point of view, then i am the one who needs to hear it.
7. ft. tryon park is really quite lovely.
8. washington heights and inwood are viable living options.
9. brooklyn is fast becoming a hipster haven, but i do not have to let them steal my joy.
10. nobody can steal my joy unless i let them.
11. peanut butter is good.
12. garlic is life. a person who does not appreciate garlic does not appreciate love, sex and likely other essential life components.
13. grudges are exhausting.
14. talk about diets is stupid, unless nutrition and wellness is intended. idle weight chatter is about as interesting as, well, just about anything is more interesting.
15. organic is better, but it's changing.
16. fairway is not to be trusted.
17. people who are hostile to the idea of god are crying out for love. these are not good playmates. this energy is at the same vibrational level as a thirteen year old who doesn't want to clean his room.
