1. two ("2") soy protein shakes with vanilla soy milk, three ("3") gary null's green vegi caps, two ("2") don quai caps and a squirt of ginko biloba
2. organic, baked-not-fried chexlike mix
3. herb roasted chicken, further evidence of the strange evolution of my so-called vegetarian _diet_
4. many glasses of water
5. large cup of espresso
6. espresso + milk
7. peppermint tea in a tall, thick glass
